At Tucson Dermatology, we are dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of melanoma and other skin cancers. Our physicians have extensive clinical and research experience in the pathogenesis and treatment of melanoma and all skin cancers. Skin cancer education, awareness, and prevention are of paramount importance in Southern Arizona, and a main focus in our daily practice. We have an excellent and caring staff that rounds out our team to provide all encompassing care to our melanoma patients, as well as to all of our patients at Tucson Dermatology.
*Someone dies every hour from melanoma. Over the past 30 years the number of new cases of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, has more than doubled. Please help me fight melanoma today and support Melanoma Walk 2011. The event is hosted by the Skin Cancer Institute at the Arizona Cancer Center and proceeds from the 1.5 mile walk stay in Arizona and will support melanoma research, patient care, community outreach.
